In collaboration with Dr. Dean Thumkeo and his team, Charoensawan laboratory at Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Science, has contributed its expertise in single-cell transcriptomic analyses to the work that shows the PGE2-EP2/EP4 signaling functions as the key regulatory node linking active inflammation and immunosuppression in tumor microenvironment. The work serves as a potential platform for developing the EP2 and EP4 antagonists for cancer therapeutics.
